Our Goal is for Children to:
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for children.
- Partner with Parents, who are the primary disciple makers.
- Encourage a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Build biblical literacy at age-appropriate levels.
- Help establish children in the ways of God.

NURSERY
Ages 0 – 3
We value intergenerational worship and encourage families to worship together during our corporate worship time. Nursery care is available during both the Sunday School hour and the corporate worship time for our children ages birth to three. For your child's comfort and care, please bring the following items at drop-off: diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, and a prepared bottle if needed.
Parents will receive a pager in case of emergency and are kindly asked to remain on-site while their child is in the nursery.

AWANA
For children ages 3 - 12 years-old, seeing on Wednesdays from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm, September - May
AWANA stands for "Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed." This is a dynamic program designed to help children grow spiritually by learning and living out the truths of the Bible. This is accomplished in a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment. Each age group explores biblical principles, foundational doctrine, and memorizes Scripture - all while building friendships and developing a deeper love for God, the church and others.

KIDS CHESS CLUB
Meets on Tuesdays from 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm during the school year, October - May.
The Kids Chess Club is a fun and educational after-school outreach. We provide transportation from Aberdeen Elementary School to the church. Parents are also welcome to drop their children off at the church. Pick up is at 4:30 pm. Each week kids enjoy a snack, learn the basics of playing chess, and are taught a Bible lesson, all in a safe and welcoming environment.
SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sunday mornings at 9:45 am for all ages.
We believe that a child's spiritual growth is best nurtured through consistent participation in family worship in the home, Sunday School, and intergenerational worship. In our children's ministry, biblical truths are taught through a combination of small group learning activities and Bible study. Each week, children engage with Bible stories and memory verses in meaningful ways that connect God's Word to their everyday lives. Weekly learning goals and objectives help reinforce these truths and make them both relevant and memorable.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL, CAMPS AND MISSIONS
Each year children will have opportunities to participate in fun and spiritual enriching overnight camps and in family missions. There may be age restrictions on some trips related to the nature of the mission work and/or sponsoring organization. In June kids have a week-long VBS, always packed with fun and the gospel!
