True Disciples of Christ
The AFB Youth Ministry seeks to teach and model the Gospel of Jesus Christ to 6th – 12th graders through a devotion to biblical teaching, intentional discipleship, missions, and Christ centered fellowship.

We seek to partner, encourage, and equip parents to disciple their families. We believe that parents are called to this task and are to be the primary disciple makers to the youth that God has entrusted to them.

We seek to equip our youth to love the Lord with all their hearts and to love their neighbors as themselves (Matt. 22:37-40). We believe that this love of God and neighbor leads to hearts that are bold to proclaim the gospel to those who are lost.

We are called to make disciples of all nations (Matt. 28:16-20) and to do this we must be bold in the proclamation of the gospel to those who God sovereignly places in our lives.

We diligently teach our youth the message of the gospel and through local ministry and mission activities show them what it looks like to share the good news of Jesus.
